No Child Can Stay Forcefully With Parents In Their House

In Dattatrey Shivaji Mane vs Lilabai Shivaji Mane, the Bombay High Court referring to the judgment of the Delhi High Court in the case of Sachin & Anr. Vs. Jhabbu Lal & Anr.   has held that no child can compel his parents and more particularly senior citizen to allow such child or grandchild to stay with him.
